Emergency24 now integrates with Intrado’s Emergency Data Broker alarm solution, digitally connecting alarm events directly to more than 600 911 centers across the United States.
This strategic collaboration marks a significant leap forward in emergency response efficiency. By leveraging Intrado’s Emergency Data Broker platform, Emergency24 can now transmit alarm data to public safety answering points (PSAPs) in as little as 15 to 30 seconds – a dramatic improvement over the industry’s average 2.5-minute dispatch time via traditional phone calls. This digital dispatch process not only expedites emergency response but also reduces the potential for errors caused by miscommunication during voice calls.
