At the top of the billing portal, partners can see their Total Customers, Total Devices, Total Bluetooth Devices, and Reporting Plans–and this information is updated in real-time.
By navigating to the Subscriptions and Info tabs, ProdataKey’s partners can find detailed information like renewal dates, subscription costs, billing plans, as well as individual invoices, receipts, and more. Additionally, through this dashboard, it’s simpler than ever for users to update their own personal billing contact information and billing methods.
