The Connection Xchange (TCX) recently announced the launch of The Leadership XChange (TLX) — a dynamic new initiative designed to unite TCX clients and partners in a collaborative space for exchanging ideas, solving common business challenges, and growing stronger together.
Years in the making, TLX will officially kick off in Atlanta on June 16, with a full-day inaugural session featuring expert-led discussions, peer-to-peer learning, and real-world business development strategies.
“In a world where the only constant is change, TLX is about building stability through connection,” said Robert Few, Managing Partner of TCX. “It’s about learning from experts, leaning on peers, and leveling up as leaders—together. We’ve built TLX to be more than a meeting—it’s a movement.”
Why TLX?
Our industry is constantly in motion. We embrace new technology, and contend with workforce issues, legislative changes, new verticals, talking heads saying residential is dead, commercial is king, everything AI, no-everything video, wait, everything video while using AI. With all of this noise and shifting market dynamics, staying connected and continuously learning is critical.
TLX is founded on three core beliefs:
- Knowledge is power.
- Collaboration is the key to innovation.
- Growth happens when experiences are shared.
Each TLX forum will take place quarterly, typically scheduled adjacent to major industry events to make participation seamless. Attendees will experience:
- Expert-led learning in areas such as sales management, marketing, and succession planning
- Collaborative forums to address real-world challenges like employee engagement and customer experience
- Peer-to-peer support from a community of leaders who share the same goals and obstacles
“This isn’t another networking event,” added Few. “TLX is a growth engine. It’s where leaders sharpen their edge and support one another to succeed. It is also not just a series of quarterly meetings. TLX is a year-long commitment to excellence and accountability through regularly scheduled calls, deep dive business analysis, and activities that will help leaders transform how they do business.”
