Veteran Leader Tracey Ritchie Returns to UCC as Vice President and General Manager

United Central Control (UCC) recently announced the return of Tracey Ritchie to the organization as the company’s new Vice President and General Manager, a newly established role designed to support UCC’s continued growth and strategic initiatives.

Tracey brings a deep history with UCC, having first joined the UCC Marketing department in 2002 with a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and Sociology. Over the next 15 years, she advanced steadily through the organization to Director of Marketing and Dealer Services and ultimately Vice President and General Manager before departing in 2017 to pursue other leadership opportunities.

During her time away from UCC, Tracey served in senior roles from Director to COO, developing expertise in manufacturing, distribution, e-commerce, and project management. This broad-based experience enhanced her leadership capabilities and deepened her insight into operations, customer experience, and strategic planning.

“The experience gave me a broader perspective on business challenges and customer needs,” said Tracey. “I’m excited to bring that insight back to UCC to better support our Alarm Dealers and align our services to help them thrive.”

Tracey will leverage her unique background and proven leadership to significantly enhance UCC’s dealer support systems, operational strategy, and overall service delivery.

“Fueled by significant growth from new sales and acquisitions, UCC is building on this momentum to shape an even stronger future,” said Teresa Gonzalez, President of UCC. “A key part of that strategy is expanding our executive leadership. Tracey’s return brings the perfect blend of proven UCC experience and a fresh perspective that will help propel us forward. I’m excited to welcome her back in this newly created role and look forward to the impact she will make on UCC’s continued success.”
