In her new role, Rovira oversees the people, performance, culture, and continued development of the Florida operation, including staffing, training, employee development, service quality, and operational performance.
Rovira was promoted to Assistant Site Manager of Lewisville Operations in 2025, where she assumed expanded responsibility for training, employee development, and management leadership. She was instrumental in helping the Lewisville site re-establish COPS Monitoring's MPERS division and contributed to the operation's significant growth during the first part of 2026.
Her time in Lewisville also marked an important step in her development as a leader as she moved from managing dispatchers to supporting and leading other members of management.

She's willing to step into difficult situations, she follows through, and she cares about the people around her. We saw that in Lewisville, especially as the team took on MPERS and continued to grow. She's earned more responsibility every step of the way, and I think she's ready to make this role her own."

"When I started at COPS as a Dispatcher, I wasn't thinking about someday running an entire site. I was focused on learning the job and doing it well. Every new role taught me something different, and I've been fortunate to work with people who challenged me and trusted me with more responsibility. Moving to Florida is a big change for me personally, but I'm excited about what's ahead. I want to get to know the team, learn what's working, and help build on what's already there."
