Tyler Technologies now offers an application programming interface (API) that enables a direct connection between the vendor's CAD systems and ASAP Service. This approach reduces implementation time by at least 50 percent.

ASAP Service has proven to be a highly valuable addition to any ECC's technology ecosystem because it digitally delivers notifications generated by alarm-monitoring companies directly into an ECC's CAD system without involving 911 telecommunicators, saving considerable time and significantly reducing errors.
